Bronze Sign and Go Marriage Ceremony

· $100 Flat Fee

Silver Elopement Ceremony

· $150

· 30-minute ceremony with up to 2 guests

Vow Renewal / Commitment Ceremony

· $175

· 45-minute ceremony

Additional Services

Custom Wedding Ceremony Script and/or Vows ($150 - $300)

While our standard pricing includes a variety of scripts to choose from, you always have the option to have a script and/or vows written customized for the Bride and Groom. If you are using Magical Unions as your officiant, the custom script would cost $150. If you would like both a customized script and vows to be written outside of the script, the cost would be $250 If the script is for an outside party Officiant so that you can have a friend or family member perform your ceremony, the cost would be $300.

Rehearsal Ceremony ($75; One hour maximum, service recommended)

Not all ceremonies require a rehearsal but I am always happy to help practice with the wedding party to ensure your special day goes off without a hitch!

Travel fee (67 cents/mile added for all locations outside of Columbus)

I work mostly in and around Columbus, Ohio, so weddings around the city have no additional travel cost. At the same time, I am happy to travel all over the state (and occasionally out of state) to perform for people. With the added time investment and cost which comes with travel, there is an additional fee added to my services as listed above. If the wedding is more than 100 miles from Columbus, the clients are responsible for reasonable accommodations (hotel and meals at $200/night).

Holiday fee ($75)

There will be an additional fee for any marriages performed on New Years Eve/Day, Valentines Day, Easter, Memorial Day, July 04, Labor Day, Halloween, Thanksgiving, or Christmas

Additional Consultations - 1 included in all packages except signing only ($50)

While there is the complimentary consultation and one consultation included in the pricing, if you need to meet additional times there is a $50 charge per consultation.

Custom Certificate Tier 1 - Tier 3 ($20-$75)

When applying for your marriage license from the state, you will receive a standard wedding certificate, Magical Unions offers Custom Decorative Marriage Certificates you would be eager to hang on your wall. We have 3 tiers of certificates that you can choose from. Optional framing is also available at an additional charge ($75). Currently, Tier 1 is the only available option.

Sign and Go / Elopement Photos ($75)

Get (1) 8 x 10 print & a couple digital prints of the Ceremony. Photos are not done by a professional photographer, any additional editing must be outsourced to your preferred vendor.

Rush Ceremony (20% of cost)

Sometimes the need for an officiant pops up at the last minute for any number of reasons. In those circumstances, I am happy to step in and help out if I can, but that impacts what is generally a pretty tight writing schedule. So if you hire me within 3 weeks of the wedding and it is not an elopement, there is an extra charge to “jump the line” as it were.
